Order Acknowledgement

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail acknowledging your order. By acknowledging your order, a binding agreement is entered into. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the acknowledgement of the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

We are no under no obligation to accept orders for items that are priced incorrectly in their respective webstore listings. Although we will try to maintain accuracy for all listings throughout the CHAMULA website, there may be discrepancies and we may not fulfill orders for items that are priced incorrectly. 

We may also refuse to process and accept an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and Paypal* for payment.
All prices are in US dollars.  For your protection, we require that the billing and shipping address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank. If you wish to ship your order other than your billing address, please make a payment on Paypal.
For international orders, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment.
